Create an account and fill in all required data (you can also fill in your data later). Go to "shop" on the menu and find your favourite product. On the product page personalise your product. Fill in all required personalisation fields and press the button "add to cart". Go to the shopping trolley icon on the top of the website and press "proceed to checkout". Choose your payment method and "place order". You will get a confirmation about your purchase in your email.

After payment is confirmed, items take 3-5 days or 1-2 weeks to be dispatched. Production time depends on the specific item. Please, check the order preparing time on the product page. In case of a huge order, this time may be longer.

I will not check any grammatical errors for personalised products. If you have made an error, please contact me ASAP as no changes can be made after start preparing the order. If you message me when I finished preparing your order or after shipping, you will be liable for another product at full cost.

I only accept an order cancellation within 12 hours of ordering.

I always ship my items by Hermes in the UK. At this moment I do not offer international shipping.

At this moment payment with PayPal is not available. 

Standard delivery takes 2-4 days from the date of shipment. Standard delivery is always for free!) I use Hermes shipping. If you want to track your order, please ask me about the tracking number.

Each item is made to order, so I do not accept returns, instead, I will be sure to send a new part of the damaged product if ever deemed necessary. Make sure you are happy with your choice.
